Cancellation Policy

Help us NEVER charge a missed appointment fee! We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. When you book your appointment you are holding a space in our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. In order to be respectful of our team and other patients, we require 48 hours notice by phone if rescheduling is necessary. Patients who give less than 12 hours notice or do not attend their scheduled appointment will receive a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
